From cloud to telecom, AI or cybersecurity, Théophane is enthusiastic about how regulation impacts the EU and French markets. He previously worked as an IT Strategy consultant for 4 years. He earned a Master's degree in EU politics and policies from the College of Europe and a Master's degree in Consulting and Growth Strategies at Toulouse Business School.
